Introduction to exhaust muffler:
Exhaust silencers are mainly used for steam emissions and other gas emissions from industrial boilers in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and other industries. It is a necessary noise reduction equipmentto eliminate steam power and noise.
Purpose of exhaust muffler and --:
Exhaust muffler is a device that prevents sound transmission and allows airflow to pass through. Various types of boiler exhaust not only have high temperature and pressure, but also emission frequency bandwidth, measuring the effectiveness of exhaust muffler,
Mainly consider the following three aspects:
1. The noise reduction capacity of the muffler can meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Standard.
2. Adaptability of mufflers - (design for different frequencies and temperature pressures).
3. The structure of the muffler - (reasonable size, high strength, long). The boiler exhaust muffler is developed based on the principle of composite noise reduction with resistance, spray, and resistance. It has a large noise reduction capacity, wide adaptability to frequency bands, targeted design (low pressure, high pressure, subcritical, critical), and convenient installation.
Principle of exhaust muffler:
The boiler exhaust muffler is mainly based on the theory of "small hole injection" and the principle of impedance expansion sound absorption. The boiler steam discharge has a general flow rate, high airflow noise, and needs to be expanded through a through-hole. After passing through a through-hole, the steam in the anti expansion chamber is depressurized and reduced in flow. The airflow is then sprayed out through a small hole, and the sound power of each octave band has been reduced after spraying, while the frequency of sound pressure is raised to above 20000Hz, greatly weakening the noise, However, some frequencies of secondary noise still need to be further silenced. We have installed a sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion room, which is designed based on the spectrum of residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body, to effectively absorb the residual noise. When the user installs according to the requirements, the sound volume can reach 30-42 decibels. Make it meet the requirements of industrial enterprise noise standards.
Silencers must be designed according to the requirements of various emission parameters in order to achieve significant noise reduction results. When ordering exhaust silencers, information must be provided:
(1) Steam emissions - low (T/h), pressure, temperature.
(2) Exhaust pipe diameter and wall thickness.
(3) The structure of the muffler - select composite and small hole types.
Manufacturing standards for exhaust muffler:
1. The design and manufacturing of silencers should meet the requirements of national and industry standards, regulations, and specifications.
2. The material, thickness, and processing technology of the muffler ensure the strength of the muffler.
3. The shell and overcurrent components of the muffler should be flat and smooth, and there should be no welding slag, cutting slag, or drilling chips left.
4. All steel components of the muffler should undergo rust removal pre-treatment during cutting and secondary coating, and the surface of stainless steel material should be degreased.
5. -: Integrated silencer - composite type for 10 years, stainless steel for 20 years.
6. The standard of the muffler shall be in accordance with the national standard and set in an open place.
Blower silencer
The blower muffler is mainly suitable for reducing the intake and Exhaust noise of Roots series and axial flow series fans. The blower muffler can also be used for noise reduction of Exhaust pipes and other high-pressure fans, with a noise reduction amount of 10-20dB (A) and a pressure loss of less than 500Pa.
Pipeline silencer
Pipeline silencers are mainly used for silencing the steam emissions of thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in the power generation department. The noise reduction capacity of the pipeline muffler can meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standard.
Centrifugal fan silencer
The centrifugal fan muffler is developed based on the principle of soundproof sheet noise reduction. This type of muffler has good acoustic performance and good aerodynamic performance; Reasonable in structure and easy to install, it is a honeycomb type muffler with high wind resistance. It adopts a chamber resistant adhesive straight pipe channel and a cross shaped sound-absorbing plate form.
Blow pipe silencer
Blow pipe silencers can be used to eliminate the noise generated by boilers and pipelines during blowing. Box type blow pipe silencers are divided into upper Exhaust and partial Exhaust, with the upper Exhaust type being a box structure and the partial Exhaust type being a circular structure.
Safety valve silencer
The TA type Exhaust safety valve silencer is suitable for the safety valves of pressure devices such as PCV/ERV safety valves (power release valves), drum safety valves, superheater safety valves, and reheater safety valves in power plant boilers. The safety valve muffler adopts the principle of spray impedance composite noise reduction, which replaces the smaller diameter control hole with a large hole expansion.
Steam silencer
Steam silencers are used for a wide range of steam emission objects in thermal equipment. Various specifications of boiler steam silencers can be designed and manufactured based on the user's extracted steam output, steam pressure, and connection size.
Small hole injection silencer
A small hole injection muffler is also known as a diffuser. It sprays gas from high-pressure vessels through several layers of small orifice plates to reduce noise. To prevent clogging of small holes and the difficulty of processing small holes, the diameter of small holes can be selected within the range of 1-3 millimeters (which should meet the condition of b>=8d)
Venting silencer
A venting muffler is designed and developed to suppress noise production during factory pipeline venting and Exhaust. The types of mufflers are divided into six main types: vent mufflers, impedance composite mufflers, micro perforated plate mufflers, small hole mufflers, and existing mufflers.
Oil fume Exhaust device
The fans of the oil fume Exhaust device are all horizontal structures, and there is a dynamic seal between the impeller shaft and the volute. Oil accumulates at the bottom of the volute, and the oil between the impeller shaft and the volute is tight. The oil fume Exhaust device is suitable for thermal power plants, except for applications on the main oil tank and bearing box of 6MW~800MW steam turbines.
Chimney silencer
